When it comes to Christmas, I am usually a basket case.  I get so anxious and over-worried that I will forget something during my Christmas planning that I have sleepless nights beginning somewhere between the 15th and 20th of December.

Stopping Traffic

I have been blessed recently to have had the time and location to take a walk each morning with the rising sun.  Besides the obvious physical rewards of getting some exercise, the trek gives me some time to think.
